Section 19-21N-09 and Section 21-21N-09

I believe I have mineral interest in some wells in these sections but I don’t know if they are still producing or not? It looks like some of the wells were transferred from Continental to Royalty Energy Development but I have never received a notification? Where do you go to see if they are still producing or not and who would I contact?

Thank you,

A host of us could do a quick well status lookup for you if you have well names or API’s that you wanted to post here.

Thank you for responding! Appreciate it. I believe they are the Emma, Sam, Marjorie, Herman. I do receive small payments from the Heinrich from Diversified Energy.

I have interests in Major County through two developers. One is Staghorn, which has notified me that my royalties last year on 10 acres were less than $100, which suggests its wells shut down at some point during the year. The others are with Sandridge and are producing regularly though not with big numbers.

If your developer is either of those, I’d say contact them by email. I have found they are highly responsive to inquiries and would likely tell you straight up what’s happening. I understand not all developers are like that.

The Oklahoma Tax site is still listing the wells as with Continental Resources. Another Source says Royalty Energy Development, so you could contact the Royalty group.

Emma 1-19 - Active- Continental Resources-last prod reported April 2026 (normal-it takes a few months to be recorded) on the tax site

Sam 1-19- Active- Continental Resources-last prod reported April 2026 (normal-it takes a few months to be recorded) on the tax site

Marjorie & Herman on the same meter- Active-Continental Resources-last prod reported April 2026 (normal-it takes a few months to be recorded) on the tax site. I see one pickup for oil in July 2025 and one pickup for oil in April 2026. Very small amounts

Heinrich 1-19-Active- Diversified Resources-no production last 12 months

Contact the Owner’s relation group at each operator to see the status of the transfer.

Thank you M_Barnes!
