I am seriously looking at selling 2 mineral acres (6 total with family members) in this section. I have a few offers already, but would appreciate any advice at what price would be good per mineral acre.

Have you thought about selling half and keeping half? There are some very good Wolfcamp wells producing all around your minerals.
