Our lease is up in June, and we are beginning to get phone calls and letters of inquiry for future leasing. Does anyone know of current offers and/or activity in our Section 18 08N 06W?
Hasn’t been a lot of leasing in the last 3 months. Looks like your lease expires October 3, 2020 and has a 15 day first right of refusal on top lease offers. I would wait it out and hopefully prices will recover by your expiration.
