Section 17 &18 20N 02W SE/4

I have a small NMA in 17 and 18. I see 3 sands drilled the Chuck 17 in Section 17 20N then changed it to 21N. Anybody have any idea if I should be receiving anything for Section 17 & 18 20N 02W SE/4?

There was a permit for a well in 17 dated 10/2011; nothing happened. There was a well drilled in 21 in 2012; it tested about 20 BOD. There are some filings for horizontal wells south of you in 20N-2W. If you have not leased, you should let me get you some more information before you do lease.

Milo, the horizontal drilling in Noble and Logan County is just started and the amounts paid for leases is all over the place. It seems to be just starting in your Township. I would not get in a hurry to lease. I think I would wait and see what Devon is ordered to pay in the Poolings they have coming up in Township 19N-2W. In Township 19N-3W I found an order to offer $850 for 1/8th, 750 for 3/16th, 650 for 1/5th. Also one that offered no cash and 1/4th.
