I have inherited mineral rights in these sections & was wondering if there is any activity there. We are considering leasing or selling but didn’t know what a fair price would be. If I understand everything correctly, Sections 13 & 24 have a current lease that will end in September but there is no lease we are aware of on Section 22.
There is production in section 22 so could be pooled or held by a lease loooong ago. As far as selling, nothing in the township has too much value at the moment. This may be something to hang on to unless you are approached with a decent number.
