Have there been any recent lease offers in Section 12? If so, which companies and what have been terms proposed or accepted? Will appreciate any information.
Quite a bit of horizontal drilling all around you. Trinity Operating and Newfield are the main operators. Quite a few poolings are pending, so when they have orders, general leasing amounts will be known. Try to get at least 1/5th and no post production charges.
