10-3S-5E is in Johnston County, not Stephens. Did you mean 10-3S-5W?

5W gives a slightly different answer, but not by much. The leasing in the last 999 days has been in sections 1,2, 5 and 35. Regulatory OCC filings were made in sections 5, 11 and 14. Permits were filed in 11 and 15.
Section 10 is mostly held by old wells drilled back in 1970-1982.
