Nothing new is happening. Did you contact the operator, Validus, to get yourself into pay on the horizontal wells that are already there?
The same question regarding 9N-8W-sec 28. Are there any horizontal wells there that I should be entitled to pay? No lease at this time. Thanks.
28-9N-8W. Mach Natural Resources has the Crist 1-28 which was drilled in 1985. It is still online. Contact them to see if you should be in pay. It is an old gas well.
