Going into last year of initial lease period on these sections. Carrera applying for Multiunit horizontal well and I received Order dismissing Cause.Looked section up on OCC case and see that a affidavit was being sent out for pooling dated 01/06/2020. Seems to me that they have applied multiple times only for order to be dismissed. When there’s a pooling order on a section you have leased and the initial period of lease is satisfied will you be eligible for renewal terms of lease until actual well is drilled?
