Outside of a small part of section 18 drilling some verticals in the Hoxbar, there has not been any drilling application or activity.
There must be some potential as there has been some recent leasing activity in your immediate area.
I haven’t seen actual numbers that would be relevant.
Proceed carefully, the bonus and royalty interest “MAY” not be the most important part of a lease agreement.
