Been a while since I have seen any offers on this but here is what I received this week.
$675 per nma 3 yrs with a 2 yr option to extend .25 royalty
1/4 royalty is acceptable but $675 seems quite low since I received $700 in 2006! Just wondering if this is anywhere close to anything nearby?

There are multiple hz wells permitted a two miles west of your section. Use the magnification bar on the left side of the map to slightly reduce the magnification to get a better bird’s eye view of what is going on in the area.
