I’ve been offered $6,500-$7,500 per acre for my 5 mineral acres in Section 35, Township 6 North, Range 4 West. Is there something happening there? Could I get more? It’s already leased.

I’m in Section 24, Township 6 North, Range 4 West and our offers got up to $15,000 an acre. Turned it down.

Unfortunately I didn’t keep the info, wasn’t going to sell. Ace Energy just offered 10,000 an acre, and I still have his number. Let me know if you need it.
