Well, we just got the call! It looks like Section 33, Township 7N, Range 6W is getting another well! Not real happy we’re there, wanting to stick the dam thing for sure, so they better grease their pockets. So with that said, what surface damage is paying: 3-acre location in cropland?
Lease road damage? Pipeline damage? Loss of productive agriculture land? Let me know your best guesses and thoughts. Thanks in advance.
