Welcome to the forum. Yes, there is a lot of offers out there due to pending horizontal wells in your section and surrounding sections. You should be getting a bunch of OCC mailings on the current activity. If not, then make sure your name and address are correctly filed in the county clerk’s office. The Landmen are obviously find you. Any time you get unsolicited offers, someone knows something they hope you don’t know and they are pretty sure they are going to make a profit off of you.
