Does anyone know of a well in Sec 24 C9 by name of Tad Polly?

I checked and could not come up with a well by the name of Tad Polly. When was this well supposed to be drilled?

I checked from Jan. 2012 thru Nov. 02, 2012 and did not see any permit that had been approved for a well by that name to be drilled.
