Sec. 24, T20N, R5E. Permit to drill approved 4/15/14

Redfork Energy drilling permit was approved in one of my sections. Now what! Are companies required to notify mineral right holders of any or all activities connected to thier ownership. Thanks, Don G.

Under most leases they are not .

I live out of state. How in the world does one know what’s going on with their lease? Thanks for the fast response.

When they start the drilling they will file a spud report with OK.Corp. Comm. They are required to file a completion report in 30 days after they are done, but they are late a lot .

After reading the OCC permit to drill I noticed it allows drilling in two formations. The Mississipian and Woodford. Is this common since the two formations are at different depths and call for diff spacing. Could there be two drilling rigs on the same location? Thanks
