Can someone tell me what this means, “Dismissed on Record”?

What is the case number at the top of the document?

201505352 and 201505353.

Where are you seeing it in the documents? I need a bit of context.

We got these documents in the mail a few weeks ago and the hearing was on February 5th. When we got the document we hoped they were planing to drill soon in our section, then I saw the hearing results on the OCC website under docket results(see link below) it says “DX on record” which = dismissed on record. Not sure what this means but it doesn’t sound like they are planing to drill. Two miles west the company has drilled 10 wells, the section south has 10 wells and in the section east another company is drilling 11 new wells.

I am just curious if you might know what all this means?

They are probably doing some housekeeping and getting old cases closed out. Looks like no density drilling right now. Doesn’t mean that they won’t do it eventually, just not this year right there. They may choose to do it in the future or sell it to someone who will, or it could just hang on with the one well for a while.

Thanks, guess we will just be patient and hope they eventually move in and drill more wells.
