Does anyone know what’s going on around here?
We have a well in Section 1, Township 16 North, Range 14 West.
21, 29, 28-T16N-R? W. I need Range to look it up.
Ron. Our well went into production June 2011 and started getting checks February 2012. We were getting paid a small amount for gas based on original production figures plus for oil and distillate. This March and April we got paid a nice amount for gas for every month going back to June 2011. I thought this was strange to be back paid. When I asked CR revenue department I was told our well was a (Take in Kind well) and they had just got paid. Have you heard of such a thing?
Carol, Newbourne has started paperwork for horizontal wells in 21 & 28.
Larry, I have heard of Take in Kind for Working Interest owners. Did you ask them for interest for the late payments?
