Any thoughts on what may be the going (ballpark would help) price per net mineral acre for selling all or partial producing rights in this area. Some wells have been on line for a few months with decent pay.
Block "OW" TCRR in and around Section 81... Current offers of $1,500 to 1,750 /3yr/ 1/4th royalty. Any thoughts or others getting same ?
