Does anyone know what is planned for this Section? I have received several purchase offers in the mid $20k/acre (1/4 lease) for my acreage. There is currently one Continental well producing since 2012, but no development since then. Any info will be appreciated.

Quite a bit of increased density drilling going on all around you. 17 which is catty corner to you has about 8-10 wells.
Continental is drilling quite a bit in the SCOOP Springboard area just to the west of you right now. See that Topic. Patience is probably the key here.
