Does anyone know what a fair price for a 3-year lease is in Section 17 & 18-8N-7W and Section 22-10N-7W?
We have a lease in Section 22. It is for 1/4 of net.
Wondering what kind of bonus and royalty is being offered.
Had a friend that recently leased in 22-10-7 for $2200 per acre bonus with 1/5 royalty.
Thank you, our offers have been slightly higher but less royalty.
