Does anyone know if Cimarex is drilling/filed for drilling permits in the area?
You are held by the Maxine 1-12H so they aren't in any hurry to add more wells until they want to.
That being said, Devon just filed for an additional well in Section 11, OCC Cause 201705533. The exhibit is quite useful as it lists the Estimated Ultimate recoverable for that section which should be pretty much the same for your section down the road. Patience is key here. There is room for quite a few wells in both sections all in due time. They only asked for one well, but there are reserves for 12 more wells.
