Sec 12.....6n.....5w

Would like to no, what’s going on with this sec 12.6n,5W… I found some info on a well called the evans, it states on this document , that I found that it was spun in April and finished in may?.. And prod in nov.09.2012. And nobody knows anything about it. Or how much it is pumping . Hummmmm. I did call Stephanie at jackforkland. She said she didn’t know anything she would email Continental… And call me back the next day… And of corse she didn’t. Hummmmm. All talk about fish, I smell a big one, Does anyone know anything about this. Thx. Kat

Kathe, the Evans 1-1H was completed as you said on 11-9-12. The start hole is located in sec 12 but the horizontal is in sec 1. This means if you own minerals in section 1 you should be getting paid royalties if the well is producing. I do not find any production information on the Evans, this means they are slow in reporting or there is a problem with the well. Stephanie's job was done when your lease was filed. You need to call Continentals division order department if you believe you should be receiving royalties from this well.

Division Order's Hotline (405-234-9215)

Kathe, I found that on May 9, 2013 Continental received a final order to pool 12-6N/5W in order to drill the Shaw 1-12H. They do not have a Drilling Permit yet but as of May 9 they did plan to drill a well with production from sec 12 -6N/5W.

THX. FOR THE INFO… WILL CHECK WITH THE DIV/ORDER HOT LINE … THX FOR THAT … BUT WHEN I SEE SEC 12.6N.5W. I START ASKING. Q: KNOW WHAT I MEAN…

I’M NEW WITH THIS STUFF. MY DAD PAST AWAY AND HE LEFT ME HIS OIL RIGHTS…

Kathe, If you are not already on it you should join the Grady county group. Go to the menu at the top of this page, click on groups, county groups and then click Grady County under the Oklahoma list.

I know what you mean but sometimes the start hole can be in one section but the oil and gas actually comes from a neighboring section. The clue here is that the well is the Evans 1-1H not 1-12H.
