Scurry County Minerals Section 158 Block 3

My current lease will soon expire at the end of May. The company that has the lease still has a 2 year option left if they want to continue with the lease. I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve had an offer from another company for 300/acre and 20% interest which that is $25 an acre less than what I have now. Could someone please tell me what are current offers are in that area. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
