If your deed says you have an interest in a specific wellbore, does that interest terminate when the lease terminates? Does it include extensions or further leases subject to that well? When that well can’t get any more oil?
Would be curious as to the scope of what it means to be granted a right in a wellbore only with the grantor reserving all remaining interests. Thank you very much.
