Is anyone familiar with this company. They are doing a lot of leasing in the SW corner of Tillman County, Oklahoma.
Schonwald leased part of our farm in western Kansas. They were easy to deal with and the check showed up at predicted time. At least for us, all worked very well.

One of the land men has told mineral owners that they are leasing for a major oil company that plans to do horizonal drilling. Any ideas on who Schonwald is leasing for???
Yes, they gave us that indication too and when I asked they would not give an answer. I think the landman, either does not know or is not at liberty to tell us. As I understand the landman role they JUST get leasing done and the lease can be sold to any company. I may be wrong.
