Does anyone know the status of this entity and where their assets may have gone to? or who was last handling their land administration? On this site associated resources was once mentioned but their website is dead.
We recently found an unused EnergyLink ID and there are statements there, and we are working to have them merged with our current account, but we have no record of ever receiving any revenue from them. We suspect the wells are held in suspense by someone, somewhere…
@BPMcKee, did you ever have any luck in 2023 to track down a good contact? Worst case, I’ll go by their office when I am in the Houston area next.

There is not a site. When you post, the response is from someone’s information. Whether or not your royalties should now be paid by Extex for your particular well(s) will depend on whether or not Extex is the operator. Extex is one place to start. Do you know what wells and the county and state?
I can see at least some well description info and county from the energylink statement.
Look back through your revenue records for these wells to see what company was paying the royalties before SBI and when you last received the royalties. It may be that at some point a check was returned to sender by USPS or a division order was lost in the mail and that is when your royalties went into suspense. With the name and county, you can identify the wells under TX RRC or another state agency, to identify the current operator and to see the section and block or township. You can then contact the operator. Whenever you find that a well is no longer in pay, you need to research to see if it is still producing or if the operator has changed. Then you can follow up to get back into pay.
