We are waiting for a refund of a credit balance and replies on emails. I am beginning to wonder if SBI bit off more than they can handle, or is SBI in financial trouble? I just sent my last communication, next it is a certified letter! Anyone have any luck with SBI?
Certified letter is your best bet and keep that green card. Depending upon the state, they are required to answer a letter within a certain number of days.
