I had a lease which expired 4 years ago. Always wondered why no one has offered me another lease. I found that the lessee did not remove the interest from my title leaving others who searched the title or used analytic platforms to wrongly believe that it was under lease. The land agency claims i should have asked them to discharge the interest 4 years ago. I think it is their responsability upon expiration. I should not have to remind them of this. What is your experience or opinion? Thank you to all.
