I have just been informed that I have mineral lease from back in 1990's....forgot all about it since I moved 18 years ago... does anyone know if Sandridge has been paying royalties or residiuals or whatever the word is....my ml is at the Addison well..... how do I find out? I have been calling them and calling them and they don't call back.
That gets my mind working. Before anyone signs any lease. You should call the company and see if they will take any of your calls. If they refuse to take any calls, you fully know almost 100% your future if you sign with an impolite company. It also lets you know their culture which always starts at the top.
