Last year we read about a large new pipeline coming through or near San Patricio Co. (Seat: Sinton), from a gas field in Texas’ NW, headed for Corpus Christi. Did it ever materialize?
Along those lines, we’ve ceased getting cash offers for our property. They were prolific, all over the place, for the last several years, and nice to receive as an emotional backstop should our other financial resources diminish. Now they’ve stopped completely. Is that a function of changes in ownership back in Texas that we should be aware of, or of the fluctuating petroleum market? Thanks for your advice. Bob
