My family owns minerals in a few different tracts throughout San Augustine County. We are receiving a lot of offers (receiving them daily in the mail and multiple phone calls a week) to purchase our mineral rights in the last few months. We make very little on monthly revenue, but the offers seem to be getting pretty high. Does anyone have any insight on what is going on in San Augustine County? A few of the offers are starting to get tempting to take.
