Sampson's Bankruptcy Do any mineral owners get checks from Sampson

Mineral interest in Ellis County, Oklahoma, Canadian River? Goes through and Roger Mills 17N-25W.

On the Roger Mills side. Received a notice in the mail of their bankruptcy, called Sampson and asked if anything needed to be done or if papers needed to be filled out, they said no. Royalty payments should not be interrupted, but they have!!!

Received Direct Deposit Dec, Jan, Feb, April, June, July, and September only.

Can anyone shed light on what is going on? Thank you.

Did paperwork received from Sampson need to be filed? If so, was Sampson supposed to provide it? If so, when?

Do not know why Sampson said nothing should change, please help.

NO royalty payment since Sept 2015.

Doesn’t look like they were paying you every month prior to Oct 2015. That’s not particularly unusual in my case. I also have production in Ellis and Roger Mills. If you belong to NARO, read the latest newsletter (Nov 2015).
