What is the going rate on SWDs? I have been told that monies are paid monthly by a percentage. What is the general amount paid by this monthly percentage? Can I solicit leases for a SWD? If you are prolific in this area I would really appreciate your wisdom and knowledge by letting me know the pros and cons on this issue.
