We have been approached by a company wanting to install a saltwater disposal well on our lands. They only want to dispose water that will be produced from our wells. Has anybody out there done this or have any idea on what to charge them/ Thanks
Personally, I would not allow it on my land. I have yet to see where a SWD company has taken care of the property next to the disposal site. I know there is a need but No n my place.
Unless you are in dire need of the money, I would say no.
