Staghorn Petro has offered the following for lease bonus and royalty interests for Section 35, Township 18N, Range 05W: $3000/A with 1/8; $2875/A with 3/16; and $2750/A with 1/5. Dorado had pooled and established spacing for a well in this section late 2014 but allowed the pooling to expire. Staghorn has also top leased some interests leased earlier by Dorado so they seemed to be preparing for a quick start. Staghorn recently drilled a well approximately 2 miles North in Section 23, Township 18N, Range 05W (spud report in August 2016) but no completion report on that well has been filed.
