Can anyone shed light on a pooling order filed recently by Continental regarding that section?
Continental is going to drill some wells in that section. Did you read the Order? If you are not leased and own an interest in that section, you need to make an election within the 20-day timeframe.
Never received the order. I heard about it from Ace Energy today. Have some shares that just came on and had been inquiring about them when I found out about that pooling order.
