Can anyone shed light on a pooling order filed recently by Continental regarding that section?
Continental is going to drill some wells in that section. Did you read the Order? If you are not leased & own an interest in that section, you need to make an election within the 20 day timeframe.
Never received the order. I heard about it from Ace Energy today. Have some shares that just came on and had been inquiring about them when I found out about that pooling order.
