Has anyone seen any activity in this area lately (Section 29, Township 3S, Range 3E, Section 2 SE SE)?

I inherited the mineral rights from my Dad when he passed away and leased them to XTO back in 2007.

Within the last week, I have received offers to buy my rights from Ferrell Oil, Kraken Energy, and a Landman who called but didn’t leave his company name.

A week before those offers came, copies of several filed applications by XTO for additional drilling.

My gut tells me to wait to even consider selling until the drilling is complete and see if any of there was anything produced.

I don’t live in the area anymore and just wondering if anyone has seen any recent activity.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

The OCC letters tell you that there is pending activity. Your gut to wait is probably a good idea.
