Ms. Barnes - You provided me with a lease that Ryan Story had created. I used it to lease my small NMA; the company came back with a counter offer saying they wanted to strike the “Assignment” Clause and the “Interest” clause in Exhibit A of the lease because I had such a small NMA. What is the impact of striking these two clauses? I own 2.878788 NMA. Thank you.
