How would I find out current leasing terms for Rusk County? I have been offered a lease at $250/mineral acre and 1/5 royalty. Can anyone help as to whether these terms are competitive or not? Thank you!

That is competitive with the offers we have been receiving in Harrison County. The last offer we got from a broker in Tyler for some minerals in the B. Anderson survey in SE Harrison County was $200 per acre and 20%. Kathy
