Rule Amendments Adopted to §§3.37 and 3.38
At its open meeting on February 26, 2019, the Railroad Commission adopted amendments to §§3.37 and 3.38 regarding the time period for notice by publication. The adopted amendments will be published in the Friday, March 15, 2019, issue of the Texas Register, with an effective date of Monday, March 18, 2019.
