My question is we own minerals in Grant Sec 31-25N-4W(640 acre spacing) and there is a sign on that section by Plymouth that gives the legals for the well.

When I emailed them they said the surface location for the well was on Sec 31 but the well is on Garfield Sec 1-24N-5W where we don't own mineral rights.

My question is do we receive royalties for this well?
