I recently found out I am a royalty rights owner to land in Montague County Texas. The surface owners have offered just now to purchase my rights. I am wondering if there might be oil drilling going on there currently without my knowledge. How would I go about finding out?

I am currently being approached by several companies. There is generally a market for both selling or leasing your minerals. Do you know what you own? How many net mineral acres etc.?
