Has anybody dealt with Royalty Ridge, a mineral rights broker or agent? They have a website and Facebook page.
In today’s world, having a website and a Facebook page means almost nothing with respect to whether you’d want to do business with someone or some entity. With any transaction involving assets and money, do your homework (as you are doing). It’s always a flag to me when businesses won’t put the owner’s or employees’ names on their website.

Lots of agents are trying to buy in North Dakota. Be aware of what activity is pending in your area before considering any sale.
