We have minerals in T31N;R59E;Sec31. We haven’t leased minerals in Sheridan County for over 10 years. Just curious what the current royalty percentage is for this area. An oil company currently has a drilling application on file with the Montana O&Gas Commission for our mineral area and we haven’t even been contacted for leasing. I’m sure we will be contacted in the near future regarding leasing.
