I just found out there are other wells producing on our property. Am I entitled to royalty interest on those producing wells also???
You need to post more inforation - state, county, well names, operator(s), lease gross acres and legal description (section, block, survey or township and range) - to get an informative response. If your lease acres and depths are included in units for multiple producing wells then you would be paid on all wells. If the acreage is in some units but not others within the same section, then you would not receive royalties. If in Texas, Are the wells being reported under the same RRC lease number and volumes for several wells being reported as one combined number on your check? Do you own minerals under a signed lease or an NPRI where you may have ratified the lease? Or do only own a royalty interest in one or more particular wellbores?
