Recently an oil and gas company operating out in Texas sent me a new division order; and they asked me to sign and return it, after I agree to their royalty interest calculations. I have attached a page of legal descriptions, that I am trying to accurately interpret; which were ultimately granted to me with a total of 480 units, at a 480/40000 fractional interest.
