Other than legal counsel and the well service outfit, who should be contacted when there is a discrepancy in what is reported to the RRC as oil and gas production and the amount paid out as royalty ?
That would be a complaint to make to the operator who is paying you. Be sure that you compare the oil disposition volume for a particular month with your check detail. Is gas being reported only as gas on your check or is it divided between residue gas bilumes after processing and the liquids / products. If your check reports both gas and liquids, then the gas volume will not match the RRC disposition volume.
