Royalty barrel prices depart from futures, spot

The last two royalty checks from Apache on my Scurry interests were in the $50 range, whereby the futures and spt averages were in the 60’s. This is a departure from all previous royalty statements. Usually the spread was about 5 or $6 barrel under the futures price. Is the royalty price per barrel nosw completely divorced from the futures? Apache replied with vague nonsense. Anyone know what is going on? Thank you for any replies.
