My royalties were paid to another distant family member on accident. Contango resources says they do not do division orders. The division order was done by the company that they leased it from. They said they cannot fix it . I have to get an attorney. They gave me the paperwork showing the mistake. I need to find a lawyer Dewey County.
You do not necessarily need a lawyer in Dewey, but could help with convenience. You can go to the OK Bar Association and find someone who specializes in title work.
